Pine Medical Centre is a well stablished, friendly GP practice in Hillingdon.

The practice has been serving the local community since 1970s and continues to do so with a practice population of 6000 patients. Pine Medical Centre is a single storey building with all our clinical rooms being on the ground floor and is fully accessible for wheelchair users

PATCHS

The online consultation service that helps you communicate with your GP more quickly. Answer a few simple questions and practice staff will respond to you by email, SMS, or via the NHS app. This service offers a secure, simple and flexible way for patients and carers to contact their GP practice – it will not replace face to face appointments, it is in addition to routine contact with Practices.

This should not be used for emergencies when you should contact 999 or visit A&E or for nurse and blood test appointments.

By registering you will have easy access to a range of services from your computer or smartphone, including:

• booking virtual appointments, accessing health advice,  reporting symptoms to your GP,  request a sick note,  order a repeat prescription

To request repeat prescriptions, you should continue to follow the current process we have in place.

All you will need to do is provide an email address and set up a password.

We ask all patients with telephone appointments to keep their phones free on the day of their appointment to assist our clinicians to provide a timely management of consultations for all other patients.

If you do have a face-to-face appointment, you may be asked that you wear a FACE MASK to your appointment.
