The practice offers a choice of telephone consultations or face to face consultation. Depending on the nature of a patient’s medical conditional, a video consultation can also be made.

The quickest way to request an appointment, and to save you having to wait to speak to a receptionist,  is to complete a PATCHs questionnaire, the link for this service can be found on the home page of this website. A clinician will review your request and someone will get back to you within two working days.

Our Practice Nurses provide a range of services by telephone and with more face to face appointments for childhood immunisations, smears, and wound dressing.

EVENING AND WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE WITH A LOCAL GP OR PRACTICE NURSE. You will soon be able to directly book these but until that service is available please call the surgery and request an EVENING or WEEKEND appointment and we can book it for you.

We now offer online appointments with Nurses and Healthcare Assistant

Online Access 

Our Patient Access Online Service enable patients to request for repeat prescriptions, book appointment, send messages and view medical records/.

For above online access, please click on Patient-Access-Online-Registration-form to download for completion.  Please remember to bring your photo I.D. when you return your application form to the practice to be processed.  To operate our online service you are required to have an email address.

For urgent appointments on the day please call the surgery at 8.30am and you will be offered the first available appointment. 

Please do not call with routine enquiries before 9am.

Chaperone

The practice operates a Chaperone service and will encourage all patients to request the clinician they are to see if they want a Chaperone to be present during their consultation.  This is your right
